HEAD OF PRODUCTION

We’re looking for someone to take over the roll of Head of Production to oversee the creative, digital, and commercial output of The DØNS. This role is perfect for a multi-skilled creative who can balance design, media production, and team management in a fast-paced creative environment.

  • SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

    Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite:


    Photoshop : (graphic design, photo editing)
    Illustrator : (vector graphics, templates, branding)
    Premiere Pro : (video editing)
    After Effects : (motion graphics, transitions, animations)
    InDesign : (print design, match day programmes, brochures, sponsorship docs)
    XD : (digital/web mockups, UX/UI design)


  • Strong eye for visual design, branding consistency, and layout.
  • Experience creating assets across print, digital, motion graphics, and sponsorship decks.
  • Ability to design professional pitch decks and partnership documents for sponsors and commercial partners.
  • Skilled in creating storyboards to structure and plan shoots for sponsors or internal projects.
  • ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Web & Ecommerce


  • Manage WordPress & WooCommerce website, Fanbase ticketing updates, online shop listings, product photography, and seasonal campaigns.


    Graphic Design & Print


  • Create daily social media graphics, match day programmes, pitch decks for sponsors, merchandise mock-ups, and motion graphic assets.


    Photography & Videography


  • Capture and edit training, match day, and promotional content; plan shoots using storyboards; deliver sponsor activations.


    Video Editing


  • Edit interviews, highlights, reels, and episodes across multiple platforms and aspect ratios; maintain brand consistency.


    Social Media


  • Manage daily content schedule across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X; deliver live match day updates; monitor engagement.


    Management


  • Lead HQ Media Team, run weekly planning meetings, track deadlines, and oversee quality control before publishing.


    Commercial Support


  • Design sponsorship decks, create campaign concepts, and collaborate with partners on activations.


    Match Day Support


  • Deliver live content, manage big screen graphics, update PlayerData GPS, and ensure sponsor visibility.
